New Police IG Takes Over Office, Gives Direct Orders

The acting Inspector General of Police, IGP Ibrahim Idris has dished out some direct orders on his first day in office, as a way of making the Nigeria Police Force to be more people-friendly.
His words: "It will be against work ethics henceforth for any Police Commander to treat complaints with levity. Complaint received from members of public must be treated within shortest possible time to the satisfaction of d complainant."
